easy access good restaurants quality breakfast
The location provided easy access to transport links. I found several good restaurants nearby. Breakfast surprised me with its quality and variety. I definitely started my days well. I would gladly recommend this place.
The cooling system seemed to have some issues. Despite reporting the problem, it wasn't fully resolved . It impacted the room's comfort a bit.

The room was spacious enough with adequate room to move around and store belongings. Large windows offered a decent view, and the king size bed ensured restful sleep. Tea and coffee facilities are a welcome addition.

The hotel provides convenient parking in a carpark under the building, though it comes at an average price for the area. I noticed available drinks for purchase at reception which is always open. Excellent WIFI is available.

The reception staff were friendly and ready to assist. They tried to greet us in our own language . I found the breakfast staff to be lovely and very attentive.

The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. Fresh beet juice was a notable addition to the morning spread. I was very surprised to get a full-bodied and tasty breakfast-backs for my early train departure.

great selection fresh food helpful staff broken air conditioning disabled room missing cups
The breakfast had a great selection. I appreciated the fresh food provided each morning. The staff were helpful (always ready to assist). The hotel's location was also quite good.
The air conditioning did not work properly in the room. It was uncomfortably warm . I requested a room change, but the alternative was a disabled room. The coffee cups were not replaced for three days.

clean room many choices excellent access
i found the room spacious, very clean. the breakfast provided many choices. i also appreciated the proximity to the u-bahn station and tram stops. it made accessing various attractions very easy.
the bathroom lacked a proper place for soap, a minor inconvenience.

the room had ample space and plenty of natural light. daily refills of tea and coffee in the room were much appreciated. the beds were very comfortable.

big shower excellent breakfast friendly staff
my comfort double or twin room was an okay size. the bathroom included a big shower that was good. breakfast was excellent and had many options. staff were friendly at all times.
the gym was okay, but some equipment needed maintenance.

the hotel has tram stops near the entrance and a u-bahn station a few minutes walk away, and i liked this because it gave me many transit options. the main train station is also fairly close.
